- The golf course is hilly, and it has narrow fairways and small greens that are extremely fast

- Fairways and greens: bent gras

- Nine of the holes have water hazards

- The 13th hole is a par 3 that plays to a whopping 248 (226 m) yards

Hazeltine National Golf Club is located in Chaska, Minnesota.

It is a private club and closed to guests not accompanied by a member.

The course opened in 1962 with Robert Trent Jones as the course architect (after early designs by another architect)
